Hey , Welcome back to my Sunday Summary, a collection of insights and my behind the scenes from the past week.

💂‍♂️ A London experience:Judges Walk - HampsteadIn order to get my general movement and activity level up I've sought the difficult habit of taking walks during my taxi shifts.If I'm not on my bike or gym, my steps are generally under 1000 a day, that's what driving a cab does to you!Wednesday I dropped in Muswell Hill around 20:00 so drove back via Hampstead Lane, parking near Whitestone Pond (highest ground in London) and taking a picturesque stroll along Judges Walk, somewhere I never knew existed.  A bit of digging and it seems to have has the approval of 19th century landscape artist John Constable.📺 I've been watching:Man Vs Bee - NetflixThis is effectively a modern day Mr. Bean. Really enjoyed this and particularly trying to investigate where in London it was filmed! But I will share that in a future video 😊 

🧑‍🏫 A coffee roaster I'm digging:Redemption Roasters - LondonI've mentioned Redemption in the summary previous (I visited their Drury Lane site). But recently ordered some espresso for home consumption.Trying the Santo Antonio Peaberry (origin), and The Block (blend).  The peaberry had an interesting bean but was a bit on the acidic side for me.  The Block blend has been a consistent and more subtle flavour more suited for my regular morning brew.The other USP with Redemption is that they are a behind bars roastery, aiming to reduce reoffending of prisoners by teaching them coffee roasting and offering employment within coffee. 

📺 A weekend break:Radfest - Radical Bikes ChelmsfordThe unmissable and my favourite event of the year. Radfest is that weekend where I catch-up with all my riding friends and we just ride all weekend. This is what I live for and I'm so glad to be a part of this community.Here's a link to the Radfest video from last year (small cameo from me at: 00:39).
