🇬🇧💂🏻 A London experience:That I wouldn't necessarily recommend.. Fortitude Bakery - ColonnadeMoral of the story, don't go somewhere on a Saturday that is already popular on TikTokThey sell viral Beignets. I guess it's a French scone of sorts.  A huge queue that took 45 minutes to get through, but I was most pissed that this wasn't down to the demand, but just the inefficient counter system... see if you can spot the problem.Yep, that entrance is the same as the exit... once people order coffee, they have to wait inside.  Their order is already done, pastry in hand, but just waiting for coffee and thereby holding up the queue.  Absolute stupidity to have an incredible product, yet the most inefficient system of turning over customers!
