Hey , Happy Easter! and welcome back to my Sunday Summary, a collection of insights and my behind the scenes from the past week.

A previous contributor to this "grilling" was our now Prime Minister; Boris Johnson.Thanks for the feature, as it's a great set of London questions that I love hearing peoples variations of.🎧 A Podcast I'm bingeing:   Just One Thing - with Michael MoseleyThis is the perfect use of the podcast medium. Each episode tests and explains the benefits of a certain health myth.  i.e; cold showers, morning walks, drinking water.I binged the entire back catalogue, and very excited to hear that season 3 is on the way.  It's my new favourite!💿 On heavy rotation:Out to Lunch - Steve EverittI've been trying to track this song down for years. First hearing it on World's Most Dangerous Magic and later on the character selection of video game WCW Thunder.  It just evokes memories of that late 90's early 00's, electronic grooves, love it!  Since found out it was made in 1994 but hey, it still sounds exactly the same as I remembered it!
