🇵🇱 A non London experience:Wadowice, PolandLast week I spoke of how I was in Wadowice Poland for the UCI Trials World Cup, providing live coverage from the weekend.I’m pleased to announce that this went incredibly well, you can see the end result here, and fingers crossed this will be a regular item in my calendar throughout the year!Big shout out to UK rider and fellow YouTuber Charlie Rolls for achieving his first Gold at World Cup level!

📲 An app I've reintroduced:Opal - Screen Time AppSpending wayyyy too much time within infinity pools (endless content streams such as Instagram, YouTube etc),  I decided to intervene.Opal is awesome because there's so many creative ways you can set limits.  From time scheduling (i.e. at work, no access to certain apps).  Or certain amounts of unlocks, i.e. you can open instagram a set amount of times a day, and for a certain period before it locks itself again,I'm tempted to go for the premium version, just to make the blocks even more solid.  I can highly recommend it.📺 What I'm Watching:Chaos on the Farm - Charlie RollsCheck out Charlie, mentioned above, he filmed this before going away to Poland, easily the hardest working dude I know.  Hope he continues these because his farm stuff is so engaging!  If you do enjoy it, please leave him a comment and let him know you found him through me.  He's a top lad who deserves every ounce of success.🎧 On heavy rotation:As Sick As The Secrets Within - Marilyn MansonNew Marilyn Manson, but it's like classic Marilyn Manson.📺 On YouTube This Week:
