☕️🙏🏻 A big thanks to:Zennor Coffee - GlasgowNamed after the place in Cornwall, this is a roastery in Glasgow, Scotland.  I didn’t get to visit whilst I was up there for the trials World Cup, but the cool dude Kieran who runs it, keeps sorting me out with some fantastic coffee!  Available to buy online as whole bean, or pre-ground for whatever method you enjoy!📺 A TV experience:TV RecordingThis week, I filmed for a fairly large UK TV quiz show.  I can’t divulge too much at this time, but it’s in the can!  Once I know the full air date, I will share with you all so you can tune in! 😊 📖 A book I'm loving:The Success Myth: Our obsession with achievement is a trap. This is how to break free - Emma GannonEvery now and again I will abandon a stack of reading to cover a topic that's really speaks to me in the moment.I've struggled recently with my interpretation of "success".  I've hit various milestones (I've also have a lot of setbacks recently).   But irregardless, I come away feeling deflated, even if the milestone has been reached. It's making me question a lot of my extrinsic motivations in life, and trying to find the activities that make me feel intrinsically complete.  I will report back on any findings from this book. 🎙️ A podcast episode I loved:Jimmy Carr - Joe Rogan ExperienceCarr’s book, (Before and Laughter)  was probably one of the best biographies I’ve ever read.  Not because of his story, but largely the life lessons and philosophies in his approach to life.  This podcast with Rogan is almost an extension of that book. 📺 No upload this week:I can point the finger at a lot of reasons why I haven't uploaded this week. To be honest, I've just had a real bottle neck with my filming.If you are London based and would love to be a film or production assistant in some way! I really could do with some support getting my more ambitious ideas over the line!  Just reply to this email if you have any background within production.
