📲🌱 An app I've been loving:Planta - Keep your plants aliveI’ve bought a few house plants to make my room/studio space a bit more colourful.  However, I’m terrible for remembering when to water, if I’ve already done it.  As well as tending to individuals needs of more needy plants.It has a plant identification, health diagnosis, reminders etc.  Certainly makes me more mindful of the life of my plants!  Can highly recommend.📖 What I'm reading:On Looking: About Everything There is to See - Alexandra Horowitz“Even when engaged in the simplest of activities - taking a walk around the block - we pay so little attention to most of what is right before us that we are sleepwalkers in our own lives. This book is about that walk around the block, and how to rediscover the extraordinary things that we are missing in our ordinary activities.”

I was hooked when I learnt that the French have a naming for a certain bias in everyone’s perspective.“deformation professionnelle” the tendency to look at every context from the point of view of one’s profession.

I love this idea, it’s something I quiz a lot of passengers in the cab on;  i.e.  A cabbie might see London as locations, maps or connected with one another.  A photographer might see light and shadows.  This book explores exactly that!
