🇺🇸 🌪️ I'm alive and well!:Arkansas tornadoFollowing my update of being in Arkansas last week, a tornado (well 2 tornado’s and 3 cell’s) ravaged through Benton County overnight and caused serious damage in and around Bentonville. I was awoken by the noise and emergency alert via phone, The bike festival I was attending sadly had to be cancelled and you can see the damage at the festival in the news coverage here.  We were without power for the following few days and was crazy to drive the next morning and not only see the aftermath, but just how quick the community was at work to clear the damage.⛔️ 🍻A life update:My 800 days of sobriety from alcoholA bit of a long post from LinkedIn.  Some of my observations and thoughts since being over 800 alcohol free.  I will be sharing more content like this (separate YouTube and socials) so please let me know if you'd like to see more of this. 

🥑 🧂 A tasty kitchen hack:Salted AvocadoLowering my carb intake as part of my gym programme (the American diet was certainly a blip in my exercise and nutrition regime), I’m eating half an avocado each day.It’s remarkable just how much better it takes with a slight sprinkle of salt.  I can it halved, straight from the skin.  Way less prep and faff and super moreish!  Good quality fats in your diet too!📖 On heavy rotation:Voice's - Damian's Ghost00:24 - 01:40.  Just euphoric bliss!I discovered this from a whole set here (link starts at the track).
