𐃏 🚖 A little treat for my taxi:Leather Steering Wheel - Royal Steering Wheels

Big thanks to the guys at Royal Steering Wheels near Aylesbury.Seen a few drivers with these, and as mine was cracking and perishing, I thought I’d treat myself.They do completely custom work with choice of colours and stitching.  I went with the bog standard with grey stitching to match the interior of the cab.  £200 all in and it’s fantastic. It’s the wheel this cab should have come with!It's in and out service, as they prepare a wheel for your arrival. Highly recommended!🎧 An audiobook I'm loving:Stolen Focus - Johann HariI’m not a user of Facebook or Instagram.  Twitter I’ll drop a post and then promptly leave before getting sucked into the web.  TikTok is definitely off the list.  This book is helping me go further, particularly with staying focussed and on task.  Fascinating work/studies pertaining to how distracting a phone is just sitting on the desk, let alone actually interacting it with.  It also breaks down the idea of task switching, and how the cost is far greater than just being distracted from the task at hand!   Can’t wait to explore more and implement more practices into my life.

💿 On heavy rotation:Indra - Thievery CorporationI’m gutted I didn’t see these when they were at the O2 Forum Kentish Town.  They are my go to chill out, or work music.  Just takes you to another world.  Really helping with my objective of slowing down and being less frenetic in life.📺 On YouTube this week:
