🇬🇧💂🏻 A London experience:YouTube officesThis week I was blessed for the opportunity to have a tour of the Google office at Kings Cross!  Not because of my own YouTube channel, but my friend Aaron from Super Rider.  He surpassed the 100,000 subscriber milestone and received his silver play button on the 11th floor of the building.It was a hugely inspiring experience, and I gained massive insight from our guide who supports some huge gaming and entertainment channels!Naturally I had to geek out on the view whilst I was there, and found that the kings cross clock doesn’t feature a clock on the north face!  I also managed to spot the mythical fortnum and mason beehives on the roof of St Pancras!https://www.fortnumandmason.com/stories/harvesting-fortnums-honey

📺 A YouTube collaboration:Londons iconic black taxi cabs - Kirby AllisonAlmost a year ago I filmed a collaboration with Kirby Allison, a man whose YouTube captures the world of quality, craftsmanship and tradition.Throughout our time of filming, everything about him embodied this (including his choice of videographers and supplying his own kit, it was probably one of the most high endYouTube shoots in terms of camera operators!).Anyway, that video has now gone live.  It’s very raw and unedited, and I’m pleased how I managed to come across (I often stumble and mumble in long talking segments).  A big thanks to Kirby for this!https://youtu.be/CjJgEJ_ZBuM?si=x4D0aMf0db1gCvBo

On heavy rotation:Bounka - Orange

I’ve been reflecting on my travel experience.  And one track that was a huge part of it was this.  Short story.  I took a 2 day slow boat down the Mekong river from Northern Thailand to Luang Prabang, Laos. A German friend had this album on loop from a huge JBL speaker, before he lost his phone down the side of the boat in the luggage compartment. The album remained on loop. And was very mixed opinions from fellow travellers on the boat!
