🗞 Tom's Sunday Summary - 6th November 2022

Hey , Welcome back to
The Sunday Summary
, a collection of insights and my behind the scenes from the past week.
🇪🇺 A Europe experience:The Knowledge of Luxembourg City 🇱🇺This week, I finally travelled to Luxembourg City with the intention of learning the city in true Knowledge fashion!I'm pretty pleased with the results, and it will be coming to you as a YouTube video early December. Whilst I'm pleased with the knowledge I acquired, I think there's plenty to improve with regards to the video production. But all has been noted for next time (there will be a next time in another European city!).If you live in or have a vast experience in a notable city or town (UK or EU) then please do reach out to me! This will be a regular series and I want local expertise to help test my knowledge on this. Here's a few sneaky screen grabs from Luxembourg!! Yes I drove my taxi there!📰 An article I'm loving:make believe - Derek SiversDerek Sivers is probably the most concise and enjoyable thinkers out there. I'm not even going to try and hash a summary of this, just click the link and even better, listen to his audio narration of the article!🎧 An audiobook I'm loving:Hell Yeah or No - Derek SiversLots of time to devour this on the aforementioned drive to Europe. I even played it at 1x speed because Siver's delivery is just perfect. It's worthy of soaking up every word. In short, it's broken into pithy chapters; Hell Yeah or No being one of them. The idea being that, unless a request or invitation is a Hell Yea, the answer should be no. We frequently say yes to too much, then you have no time to take the opportunities you'll actually enjoy.
📈 An illuminating documentary:Eat the Rich: The GameStop SagaI heard of the GameStop Saga when the stock blew up in 2020 and the name of RobinHood being bounced around. What I found most incredible about this documentary is the subsequent knock on effects (onto the larger hedge funds, and back again!). Also it didn't follow the typical Netflix 3 episode documentary format (Who are they, what did they do, and how much time did they get?).📺 New on YouTube this week:

We DROVE 100 London Taxis to Disneyland Paris!
Thank you for taking the time to read this.
Please feel free to reach out to me with your; comments, concerns or just general conversation.
I'd love to know what you're up to or what you might be working on!
📝😁
Have a great week everyone!
Tom
