🇬🇧 🍳 A London collaboration:@HereBeBarrEarlier in the week I filmed with Jon Barr from @HereBeBarr. He’s doing a bit of a Europe trip and graciously reached out to me for the full English and pie and mash segment of his London tour (I’m becoming a bit of an full English connoisseur).  It’s due be launched in the next couple of weeks, I shall keep you updated.🏎️ 🏁 A Non-London taxi experience:F1 @ SilverstoneFrom Thursday I’ve been working at Silverstone for the F1 Grand Prix.  For the past few years, the F1 have utilised the world’s best taxi service to shuttle crew and high profile guests around the track. Super fun doing this one, albeit it has thrown my week out of whack, hence why there was no upload yesterday.📖 A book I'm loving:Make Time: How to focus on what matters every day - Jake Knapp & John ZeratskyA real refreshing approach to time management.  In fact it’s not time management at all. Some key highlights are the ideas of Busy Bandwagon (doing busy work for the sake of busy work) and Infinity Pools (getting stuck on addictive apps).  2 areas that we will default to rather than setting a new default.  It’s not a radical change or approach, but simple and actionable tweaks.  I’ve already been adapting some of the strategies in this book (must have picked up 3rd hand from Ali Abdaal), and can’t wait to explore these further. And the kindle version is only 99p!
