🪮 My hairy back, 🗺️ Maps and 🏂 Snowboarding vids

Hello all! This week I am writing to you from Sestriere, Italy. My second and final snowboarding trip of the season! Here’s what I’ve been up to this week!
🪒 A grooming product I’m still loving
I have a hairy back. Not gorilla like hairy. But patchy and long strangly hair. It’s weird.
Insert the back blade. I’ve probably featured this one before. It’s one of those products you have stored in a drawer somewhere, and every couple of months it comes out and steals the show. It looks incredibly crude, like it shouldn’t work. But believe me it does! It’s a joy to use, painless and effortless. Best bit is you don’t have to have an awkward conversation with your partner of “can you shave my back please?”
I’ve been using the 2.0 no problems since 2018, but see there’s a 3.0 version
🗺️ A fun way to see the world
Found out about this via Tom Scott’s newsletter. This is a unique map of the world that allows you to overlay any country on top of one another, but without the distortion that traditional maps have. Who knew that China + Australia is basically the same size as Russia? But that you can easily fit Russia inside of the land mass of Africa!
🏂 An addictive YouTube video to watch
This is just beautiful. Rather than snowboarders hitting a big ramp and then doing tricks. They just use the hump of the slope (or knuckle) and allow for the slope dropping away as their space to perform their tricks. The triple tame dog is absurd!
🎧 On heavy rotation
A short jibby beat that just makes me want to get out on my bike and string lines together. Well I guess hearing used it in Ali C’s most recent video was the cause of that!
