Another busy weekend away for me working away in Switzerland🇨🇭

Hosted at Sherbet London's new West London office, this is an event for knowledge students or anyone who wants to learn a little bit more about the realities of operating a taxi, including the chance to test drive one, learn how the wheelchair ramp works, etc.

📲 An app I’m loving

Bevel - The Everything Health App
Over the years I’ve had a lot of wearables (2x Apple Watches, 2x Fitbits, 1x Garmin, 1x WHOOP strap).
And there’s a few reasons why I’ve tried so many.
It’s about getting the balance of functional fitness tracker, but also lifestyle coach.
WHOOP, exceptional for health and lifestyle. Not so good for individual fitness sessions i.e. running.
Apple, great for fit fitness and overall life, no good for sleep tracking.
Garmin, very good for running. Tracks all the health metrics but doesn’t display them well.

So, that’s where Bevel comes in. It’s a way of aggregating all the data that Garmin or Apple collect, but displaying it as a comprehensive health dashboard.
I love how it connects with a journal and very easy food logging so you can make connections between behaviours and recovery. Best of all, it’s free!

This is perfection. Very simple topic but incredible execution. Can people with no experience compete in the big leagues of birdwatching. There’s so much narrative and tension along the way, awesome style and editing also. Here’s the trailer
