🚖 A trade update

Kipper vol. 2
I can only speak for my shift pattern (2pm to 11pm), but kipper certainly isn’t what some drivers crack it up to be. I imagine it can certainly be slow and difficult for day drivers (especially with the crazy road closures currently) but as far as my evening shifts have been, get your head down, stay out of the cafe and take every job that comes. Here’s my Twitter thread on it.

Warrior Creatine Monohydrate Powder + Electrolytes
The benefits of regular creatine supplementation are just out of this world. It’s no longer just bodybuilding supplement. And has shown impact across the board for energy levels, overcoming jet lag, better mental acuity etc.
Trouble is, creatine is an absolute pain to take.
Quality of gummies is very hit and miss, tablets are huge, and raw powder you need some kind of drink.
